We want you to love your Time Capsule Magazines collection. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. There is no interrogation and no awkward exit survey.
2. How to Request a Refund
Simply email us through our Contact Us page with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. We aim to respond to every request within 1–2 business days.
3. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. Once a refund is processed, access to the archive and bonuses will be revoked.
4. Eligibility
The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases of the standard packages. Because the Service grants immediate digital access to the full archive, we reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse (for example, bulk downloading of the entire library followed by a refund request).
